Cristina Foundation Feedback
Donated Computer Helps New York Student to Attend Syracuse University
Covenant House New York is the nation’s largest adolescent care agency serving homeless, runaway and at-risk youth. Their Regional Training Center provides a variety of vocational, educational, job placement, and job training services to youth. They recently told us how one particular donated computer was going to be used, as well as an interesting coincidence between the recipient and the donor…

From their letter:
Covenant House's Mission commits the agency to serve suffering children of the street, and to protect and safeguard all children. . . with absolute respect and unconditional love.
I wanted to thank National Cristina Foundation on behalf of Covenant House New York for the recent donation of a laptop. The laptop will be going to a young man named Richard who is leaving our transitional living program (12-18 month stay) to begin college.
He obtained a grant for his education and he is attending Syracuse University in the fall. The donor is an alumni of the college and was so pleased to learn that her equipment would be helping this student.
He is very excited to begin this next stage of his life. Once again, I just wanted to let you know how much our organization appreciates your donations so that we can assist this young man and many others, with their goals toward a better future.
