Computer technology coupled with assistive technology has tremendous potential for children, as well as adults, with such disabilities. It is not the goal of this technology to cure or eliminate learning difficulties, but rather to provide the user with an effective means implementing compensatory strategies that build upon their individual strengths to overcome specific learning deficits.
